Building Maintenance Technician needed for a commercial property management company with locations in Lakeview/Lincoln Park. Must be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by keeping the facility in good working order. Looking for an all-around Handyman! This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking for long term, full time work at a growing company with stability. Responsibilities: Maintain clean, professional looking buildings and grounds at all times. Perform general custodial duties, such as sweeping, mopping and sanitizing. Perform repair tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, as well as basic plumbing. Capacity to take direction and a strong attention to detail. Flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Perform other related jobs as required. Follow verbal and written instruction. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Highly organized, self-motivated, and safety focused Good Communication and People skills Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
