Groundskeeper 3 / 8 Hours / Transportation and Support Services Facility (TSSF) / Start Date: 10/26/2022 / 12 Month Calendar GENERAL DUTIES: Perform general maintenance assignments in the grounds, irrigation, and/or building trades. Maintain and repair machinery, equipment and District facilities. Assist other maintenance personnel in the completion of work orders and assignments. May direct, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the work of Groundskeeper 1’s and 2’s. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or its equivalent Three years experience in groundskeeping, equipment maintenance, machine shop, mechanical repair and wetlands bio-swells Proficient oral and written communication skills in English Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications Pass a pre-employment drug test Hold a valid Oregon driver’s license Hold a valid Public Pesticide Applicators License with the Ornamental and Turf Herbicide Endorsement
