The Oregon Horse Center currently has two job openings in Eugene, Oregon. We are looking for individuals who have experience in landscaping, farm work, equipment operator and/or general labor. Are you looking for a job that involves using your hands and being creative? We are now seeking help in building the National Mountain Trail Course. We have competitors come from as far as Canada and France, all to compete on this World Famous Course. Would you like to be part of building this one of a kind event? Goal: Building an indoor/arena mountain trail course, with ponds, boulders, waterfalls, hills, ditches, bridges etc. while using natural material and landscape. Primary Functions Are: -Operate various tools, light machinery, and maintenance equipment -Operate shovels, picks, racks and other landscaping/farm equipment -Use safety and respect company tools, vehicles -Perform hand digging, lifting and physical work where needed -Clean and maintain area, equipment etc. daily -Must have general mechanical/shop skills -Must show up ready to work -Must be on time -Must be able to take directions from senior employees -Valid State Driver's License - Prior Work Experience: -Landscaping -Light Construction -Mechanical -Farm work -Bilingual - strongly preferred Do you want to be part of the amazing crew at the Oregon Horse Center?
