WHO WE ARE: Cascade Building Services is a rapidly growing company excelling in a wide variety of building cleaning and maintenance services. We are looking for qualified people who want to grow with our company. We serve areas all over Oregon and have been established since 1961. We are currently hiring for full-time Quality Assurance Inspector. Ideal candidates have attention to detail and take pride in their work. Experience in the industry is preferred, though we will look at any candidate who can demonstrate the ability to take on the primary responsibilities listed below. Position: Quality Assurance Inspector Hours: Full Time (40hrs/week) Salary: $18 - $25/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM – 11 PM w/ 1hr lunch. Possible overtime offered on weekends. Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: • Convene at Cascade office in Tualatin daily to start. • Monitor/inspect account sites to verify quality performance according to documented Customer account profiles or work orders. • Fix any cleaning issues found during inspections. • Thorough understanding of cleaning technologies, chemicals and techniques to advise/train cleaning associates as needed. • Preferred understanding of carpet cleaning, vinyl, concrete, and other floor finishing processes. • Communicate verbally and in writing, in English. • Basic computer skills required • Understand daily work order instructions to be able to verify work quality and scope. • Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by CBS, its Customers, and by regulatory authorities. • Assist Managers to achieve strong operational performance. • Be autonomous in managing daily account visit schedules. • Use cell phone timecard application to report hours at each account/task. • Effectively coach cleaning associates as needed. • Conduct service quality inspections. • Work with Safety Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation. • Set positive, professional example for workforce. • Appear and communicate in a professional manner with customers. • Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • Must have their own vehicle and a valid Driver’s License • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required • Must be able to pass a background check Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options (after 90-day introductory period). • 401k with employer contributions available after 1 year waiting period. • PTO and/or sick time off available after 90-day introductory period. • Salary bonuses available to those who meet monthly goals.
