Looking for Drawing Tutor - Weekly Session

Hello! Looking for a one-on-one art tutor for a middle school child. There would only be one child. We are pretty flexible on date/time, but it would exclude normal school hours. We are looking for 1 hour on a weekly basis. Lessons would occur in public or in a business center of which we have access. Parent/guardian would be present at all times. Regarding lessons: We are hoping to find someone who can work with existing drawing projects to guide the child on how to improve/focus their own drawings and gain technical skills. We are not looking for structured lessons where the subject is determined by the tutor. The child prefers pencil drawings (primarily black and white although they are interested in colored pencil). Pen and ink might also be of interest, but no painting or sculpture is needed. The child’s preference is more realistic drawings (I.e. doesn’t want to have cartoon or abstract drawings). The child has had no drawing/art lessons (beyond what is included in school). Common subjects: cats, chickens, dragons, fish, sharks, megladons, dinosaurs, war ships and planes, and kaiju.
