Looking for (2) Winter Site/Route Managers for our large snow operations on the NH Seacoast. You'd be assisting in, or managing yourself - a winter route or a site managing parking lot, roadway and walkway operations. You would be in either a 350 pickup or 550 dump truck with plow and spreader. Sites have komatsu loaders, bobcat skid steers and ventracs for walkways. Takes an adaptable, organized individual. Must be available or all snow events with hours in between for making repairs, performing maintenance, cleaning and ice checks. Snow industry experience a must. This position doesn't need to just be for winter either, there is a spot for good personnel on our full time landscape team. 401k, health care, quarterly bonuses and more if interested. Follow this link to apply: See job description: Position Reports to: Winter Operations Manager The Site Manager is responsible for over-seeing all winter operations of an assigned site, including the management of the equipment operators and subcontractors in order to facilitate the completion of the work in an efficient and timely manner. Areas of responsibility: • Take direction from Winter Operations Manager. • Initiate contact to Equipment Operators to be prepared of impending storms, and relay storm operation plan. • Re-allocate equipment in event of shortages. • Facilitate all salting operations of site. • Collect completed time sheets from crew and submits on online app with accurate punches, notes and records of material usage. • Lead crews to work in a ‘team approach’ • Understand and follow company policies and standard operating procedures. • Ensure that all safety policies are enforced with regards to safe plowing operations. • Facilitate the completion of plowing operations within the projected target hours. • Ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously. • Logs organized list through event of fixes needed and make repairs to equipment on the fly during or between events • Perform site inspections during, after and in between winter events to ensure client satisfaction
