BE PART OF THE FUTURE! GET PAID TO LEARN! 7th Gen Solar is seeking entry level Solar Installation crew members. Hands-on and online training is provided. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING ON ROOFS/LADDERS while carrying 50lbs. The position is physically demanding and requires attention to detail. Under the guidance and direction of the Master Electrician and Project Foreman, you will assist with all tasks relating to solar installations and service, including: ... Laying out and installing roof/ground mounted racking ... Bending conduit ... Pulling wire ... Carrying solar panels up ladders ... Installing solar panels on roof/ground mounted racking ... Commissioning systems ... Installing battery-based systems ... Servicing existing systems ... Excavation for ground mounts ... Safely using a variety of hand tools You must be able to work in a variety of outdoor conditions, including winter cold and summer heat. A background in construction, carpentry, electrical and/or solar is a bonus but we WILL TRAIN the right candidates. Our Solar Installation crew is based out of Bow, NH. Crew members meet at shop to be on project sites throughout NH for 8AM. Crews are assigned company vehicles.
