Experienced Installation & Service Technician Wanted North Hills based security company has an immediate full or part-time opening for an experienced technician for the installation and service of commercial & residential security systems, fire alarms, intercoms, CCTV, computer network and home automation equipment. Individual must have basic wiring skills as well as the hand tools needed to work independently to complete assignments in a responsible and timely manner. Computer skills are a must! Additional Requirements: - Some Experience In Related Field Preferred - A Valid PA Driver's License With A Safe Driving Record (A Company Vehicle Is Provided For All Work-Related Travel) - Reliable Transportation - For Commute From Home In The Morning - Customer Service Skills - Ability To Document Job Time & Material As Well As Completing All Related Paperwork - Neat Appearance - No Criminal Record - Must Pass A Drug Test - Available To Work Flexible Hours Responsibilities: - Complete Service Calls & Installations - Submit Accurate Work Orders - Interacting With Customers For Troubleshooting Or Explaining System Operation - Work In Shop To Update Customer Accounts Or Prepare Devices For Installation - Perform Fire Alarm System Inspections & Submit Detailed Reports - Maintain Company Vehicle - Keep Clean And Well Stocked & Follow Up On Scheduled Maintenance
