Looking for a LICENSED Property Manager for House in Springfield

My wife and I are out-of-town landlords who recently purchased an investment property (2BR / 1BA house) in Springfield. We are looking for a LICENSED property manager (a LICENSED realtor who does property management as a side gig is perfectly OK as well) to find us tenants, collect the monthly rent, and deal with any tenant repair requests on our behalf. We will pay (a) the standard fee (one month's rent) to get a tenant in there and (b) $100/month to simply collect the rent, deposit it into our account (or Zelle it to us), and channel any repair-related questions to us.
