Study Dates: 10/13-10/18 Test Length: 45 minutes / Compensation: $100 Amazon eGiftCard We are looking for small businesses who recently started using Gusto, Paychex, or Intuit/Quickbooks Payroll to be part of a paid study. This is strictly research to get feedback on some recent improvements to a website. You will not be asked to sign up or purchase anything. IMPORTANT Study information: an independent research firm is conducting research on behalf of a well-known online payroll provider for small businesses. We would like you to tell us about your recent/current small business payroll process. We will not ask you to enter any “real” data or anything that is confidential. Moderated Sessions: These will be one-on-one (individual) interviews working directly with a researcher via Zoom and will last 45 mins. The moderator/researcher will guide you through the study and you will give detailed feedback about it. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE COMFORTABLE USING ZOOM.
