HOSTESSES NEEDED FOR CORPORATE CONFERENCE - OCTOBER 12th-13th, 2022 Finance company seeking female hostesses for a corporate conference on Wednesday, October 12th thru Thursday, October 13th, 2022 in New York City. We will need several hostesses each day for the following shifts: 10/12 - 8:00am to 12:30pm + break 10/12 - 1:30pm to 6:00pm + break 10/13 - 8:30am to 1:00pm + break You may work ONE or ALL shifts! We are looking for upbeat, highly professional and 100% reliable individuals, with previous conference or trade show experience ONLY. Bilingual (Portuguese) hostesses are a huge plus! PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IF YOU ARE NOT 100% AVAILABLE AND MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS. _____________________________________________________________________________ BOOKING: Female Hostesses / Greeters EVENT: Corporate Finance Conference DATES: Wednesday, October 12th thru Thursday, October 13th, 2022 TIMES: 10/12 - 8:00am to 12:30pm, plus break 10/12 - 1:30pm to 6:00pm, plus break 10/13 - 8:30am to 1:00pm, plus break (You may work one or all shifts, based on your availability. Shifts will be booked on a first come, first served basis and preference will be given to those available all 3-days). CITY: New York City, NY (Midtown) PAY RATE: $25.00 Per Hour REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be a legal US citizen or able to work in the US legally. 2. Must also be COVID negative and not experiencing any symptoms of illness. Vaccination and/or masks are highly encouraged, but not required. 3. Must be 21-40 years of age, professional, friendly and have previous trade show experience 4. Must be located in/around the NYC area and have reliable transportation to/from the event. Travel reimbursement is not provided. 5. Must be in good physical condition (no physical constraints), must be able to stand for extended periods and can lift/carry up to 10lbs. Must also be COVID negative and not experiencing any symptoms of illness. A mask or face covering is highly encouraged, but not required. 6. Must be 100% RELIABLE, highly professional, prompt and have an excellent work attitude. If you have habits of being late, not showing up or are unpleasant to work with, DO NOT submit. ATTIRE / WARDROBE: A black, mid-length dress will be provided, to be worn for each shift you are available to work. You must wear or bring a pair of black closed-toe heels or flats. TRANSPORTATION: You must have reliable transportation to/from the event and be located in/around the NYC area. Travel reimbursement is not provided. DEADLINE: We need as many hostesses as possible, to include on-call individuals for any last-minute cancellations.
