Hello! My name is Jesse. I'm a 30 year old Bk based guitarist/composer/producer and I need 1 person to split my studio with! - 133 square feet w/ vocal booth (booth is normally cleaner and not only used for storage) - Off the Lorimer L/G stop in Williamsburg - wifi & heat included in rent - not a rehearsal space - can record drums sometimes but space is not good for a full on drummer (I do not have drums BTW) - not a party studio - only 7 rooms in whole facility - $475 a month if you are contributing gear to the studio. $575 if you are only using my stuff.
