Hello, I am currently looking for a two bedroom apartment or house. I currently work three jobs, I’m a hard working mom of a 9 year old. I currently have to leave my basement apartment because of mold and health issues. I arranged to leave my apartment by November first. The price of rent is ridiculously high, brokers and landlords want to charge a brokers fee as well. Most hard working middle class people can’t afford this. I am looking for help finding a two bedroom apartment. Anywhere in central suffolk from rocky point to central Islip. About me I work hard in the health care field and in the spa industry as an esthetician. My fiancé works does freelance construction work. I have a 9 year old that stays with us part time during the week. We are quite clean and responsible. We will provide references if needed. If you can help in anyway it would be greatly appreciated. I am starting to feel hopeless in the housing search. Thank you!
