Our units are great for bands, solo artists, producers, recording engineers, DJs, music teachers, private instructors, artists, photographers, video production specialists, and general creative office users. Units include all utilities (including free business-class Wi-Fi), central AC and/or in-unit portable AC, vending machines (Royals 3-6), common lounge areas, and in some cases sound bleed-reducing construction. **Check out our rarely available multi-room recording studio with floating floor, room-within-room construction (Unit 15) that just opened up** We probably have a space that fits your needs and budget.
