What You Need to Succeed:
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery while having a "can do" team member attitude to support company functions.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a builder/carpenter preferrable (willing to train the right candidate)
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
- Excellent understanding of woodworking techniques and installation/construction methods
- Proficient with electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Self-starter with a high attention to detail
- Ability to learn and apply job related skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of basic math
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
The proper candidate will have the ability to work a standard 8-hour shift (7:30AM-4PM) five days a week or a 10-hour shift (5:30AM-4PM) four days a week with the flexibility of working overtime as needed.

Health insurance available after 90-day probation period. Vacation and holidays are given after 1 year of service.
