Hi. I’m in need of a good handyman that I can use for a few stores and some in house work. Tasks include replacing ceiling tiles, replacing floor tiles, unclogging things, cleaning gutters, moving heavy equipment, etc. Pay is always negotiable. Free beer/groceries can be tossed in as well. TIA
