Paint My Wheels! One-off gig – estimate requested

Actually it's just a car's (16 inch) wheel covers. I want the chrome-plated finish professionally painted to match the finish and color of the wheels' center caps – basically a matte gray. See photo. You could take the 4 wheel covers (or I can bring them) to your own location to do the job. I'm thinking a good candidate is an auto body/paint shop professional, but someone with good experience/knowledge of re-finishing/painting of metal surfaces would probably be fine. Please let me know your background / experience relevant to this kind of work, and give me an estimate of your full price – materials (paint etc) and labor. Thanks!
