We are looking for responsible and reliable people that are experienced in this industry and can complete a wide variety of jobs consisting of: Initial secures, re-secures, winterizations, grass cuts, trash outs, monthly maid services, evictions/CFRs, yard maintenance, etc. The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have no issue meeting deadlines. We are a very fast paced industry and deadlines have to be met in order to keep our good ranking with the clients. Any candidate would have to be able to pass a background check (Aspen Grove) since it is now an industry standard.
