Had a leak. water remediation complete and dried out and bottom 2 feet of drywall removed.. Now we need finish work completed at a home in Ocoee.
-Finish installing drywall and baseboards around bottom 2 feet in all rooms (small 3/2). and tape, mud, apply and match texture $2000.00
-install tile in 12x14 and 10x10 room $750.00
-paint all inside walls neutral color (agreeable gray) $2,000
-Install 2 vanities in the bathrooms $200.00
-haul off compromised furnishings from tear out $100
Total: $5,100
I will provide/buy all material via phone sale at Lowes but it will need to be picked up. Drywall and other material onsite already.
