Description
Red Rum International is an aquatic sportswear and tropical lifestyle Clothing brand based in Key West, Florida that specializes in sun protective shirts, hats, swimwear and more. We often set-up our Promotional Vendor Booths at various events including fishing tournaments, concerts, seafood festivals, boat shows and others to promote and sell our gear. We currently have our products in 27 retail stores around the state of Florida but do not have a retail shop of our own. Therefore, we rely on these events to be a place for us to make the gear available to the masses in a particular area and have them interact with us on a personal basis. This season there are over 20 Events we have planned to attend and are looking for motivated, fun and friendly sales personnel to operate our vendor booth at them.
Basic skills and Job Requirements:
Drivers License
Converse with Customers
Be Outgoing
Travel Up to 50 Miles (Owning a Truck, SUV or Van a Bonus)
Work 8 Hr Shifts
Lift up to 60 lbs
Operate Clover POS System
Manage Inventory
Secure Inventory Safely at ALL Times
Keep a Clean & Organized Work Environment
Use basic Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Retail Sales Experience
High School Diploma
Basic Job Description:
Meet the Event Set-Up crew prior to the event
Pick-Up items and equipment from warehouse
Determine which items and equipment you are responsible for bringing to the event
Determine which items and equipment you are responsible for setting up at the event
Set-Up the Vendor Booth and Product Display for the Event
Operate the Vendor Booth at the Event (Cashier, Salesperson)
Break-down and close the Vendor Booth
Drop-Off items and equipment to warehouse
