Daystar Retirement Village is seeking a FT experienced Maintenance Tech to join our Team. Some qualities we are looking for are: • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and some administrative skills • Ability to get along with people, and work well without supervision • Conscientious, “can-do” attitude with a “whatever it takes” approach, realizing that incompetence could result in serious consequences for our residents • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Precise punctuality and exemplary attendance • Be a team player • Flexible attitude • Willing to work weekends and on-call as needed (Tuesday thru Saturday) Must pass pre-employment drug screen and DSHS Criminal Background check.
