This position is responsible for knowing and being dedicated to our brand, networking on behalf of the business, building and tracking growing guest lists, and consistently drawing increased numbers of guests to the venue. This position, as well as all positions with The Levinson Group, will be relied upon to take pride in being part of the Levinson team and enjoyably represent the company to friends and acquaintances. � ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Cultivate relationships to build and establish a customer database and network system - Responsible for guests’ enjoyment throughout the night - Will meet Levinson Group defined quotas for contact, guest list, and reservations - Attend weekly marketing/promotion meetings - Visit locations to promote the venue, as assigned - Ensure guests are on the guest list - Liaise with employee’s supervisor and report all details of each event - QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE : - Must be 21(+) years of age - Possess strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity - Able to work flexible hours reliably and dependably, including late nights on weekends and/or holidays, or work on short notice - Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management - Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor at all times, even with competitive, demanding clients - Competent and comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment - Able to remain calm, diffuse tense situations, and treat all customers with respect at all times - As some of the work is done off-site, must track and report all hours worked accurately - Maintain clean, well-groomed, appropriate hygiene and follow dress requirements - Proven ability to take direction and work effectively with staff members, multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively - Must maintain confidentiality at all times
