Looking to a hire a highly energetic trustworthy packing house worker for our family owned and operated company. You will be packing and pulling fresh cut flowers and greens in a very fast paced environment. A floral background is a bonus, but not required. This is not a driving position, but requires around 2 hour of driving a day. Full time M-F. Qualifications: • Valid driver license with clean driving record is required Requirements: • Hardworking. • Motivated. • Honest. • Reliable. • Team player. • Ability to be flexible and work in different working conditions as required. • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and lift and carry loads up to 65 pounds. • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. • Ability to start work at 6am. • Ability to communicate effectively to team members. Job Duties: • Drive 24 foot box truck. • Load and unload buckets, boxes and pallets. • Pull fresh flowers and greens from buckets in cooler box. • Pack fresh flowers and greens safely and securely for shipping. • Make boxes. • Empty and clean buckets. • Keep a clean and safe working environment. • Conduct minor field operations and tasks when needed.
