Midwest Property REO, LLC is currently recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector. The primary function of the QC Inspector will be as follows: Routine Inspections are completed in compliance with Investor/Insurer guidelines when needed to provide the client with direct and immediate information. Not only do we perform exterior and visual occupancy inspections, but we also ensure property preservation and preventative action by completing interior inspections. The combination of both services allows us to effectively and accurately evaluate property condition and need on the exterior and interior. The property condition and any existing or potential conditions that could impact the value of the property will also be provided Exterior Occupancy Inspection A visual exterior inspection for occupancy verification per Client instruction and/or Investor/Insurer guidelines, with a property description and no interior access. The main objective and purpose of the exterior inspection are to determine if the property is occupied or vacant based on specific indicators. Photo documentation is required. Monthly Interior Inspections on Vacant and Secure Properties Interior monthly inspections on vacant and lockbox-secured properties to allow compliance with the accepted interpretation of the Investor/Insurer guidelines for interior inspections. We will provide information based on a visual “walk-through” inspection only and will not include any comprehensive testing or certification of the property’s condition. The main objective and purpose of the interior inspection are to alert the client to any visible damages or situations that, if not addressed immediately, could potentially lead to damages or the issuance of a code violation citation by the city. The monthly interior inspection is also a quality control measure to ensure our current vendors maintain each property to Midwest Property REO, LLC standards. Photo documentation is required. This will be a 1099 contractor position and paid on a per-job basis.
