Looking for someone who is simply a hard worker. No real experience necessary, but a huge benefit. I will compensate extra for someone who shows a good work ethic and attitude. And even more extra for someone with experience/capable of working solo. First gig will be building a very large fence. Removing old fence, digging holes, pouring in concrete, setting posts, etc etc. Many other things after that, including painting, decks, remodeling.
