We are a growing company that owns and operates mobile home communities in Florida. The position offers long-term growth as we add new communities. Only positive team-players need apply. This position involves working at our Ruskin, FL community. REQUIREMENTS: • Knowledge and experience in lawn maintenance, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical and carpentry • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures • Must be able to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) • Must be comfortable performing janitorial duties • Must be able to speak, write and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication • Ability to work evenings and weekends on call as needed • Should have basic set of hand tools for use in performing daily job duties Bedrock Communities, LLC offers a competitive hourly rate.
