Landscape Maintenance Worker – I am looking for an experienced landscape maintenance worker to join my team. We are heading into the fall season so we will be performing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, snow removal and landscape maintenance. If you enjoy working hard and with your hands, like the outdoors and can handle our Colorado weather, then I have a position for you. With a solid work ethic and a positive attitude, then we will be a great team. Job responsibilities – • Safety first; PPE worn at all times along with a set of safety guidelines for each service that we perform. • Truck and tool care; truck will remain clean and organized. Tools will be put back clean and in the right toolbox. • Gutter Cleaning; work is performed between one and three stories. Safety equipment used when necessary. Must be comfortable working while at heights (climbing experience preferred). When working from the roof, you can be bent over for several hours of the day for periods of time between 30-120mins. When working from a ladder, you’ll need strength and awareness to move along the house without hurting yourself or the property. Attention to detail and thoroughness is essential. • Snow Removal; the majority of this work is performed in the very early morning hours but can be anytime of the day or night that we have to be out there. Shifts can be anywhere from a couple hours up to 10-12hrs in the event of a major storm. We abide by fair labor practices and if and when breaks are needed, they can and will be taken. You are compensated well for great work! • Window Cleaning; this role would not be actual window cleaning right away. In this work setting you would be a helper, cleaning screens and helping out on the job. There would be availability for you to step into a bigger role window cleaning if the skills and desire is there for you. • Landscape Maintenance; this role includes grounds maintenance, leaf and trash pickup, power washing, handyman tasks and small landscape construction projects. Job Requirements – • Work ethic; those with a strong work ethic are welcomed to apply. Those in college or with a degree please apply and let’s talk about time constraints or how your education can help the business. • Ability to left and carry 50# easily. Ability to stay balanced and aware while working hard. • Availability during early morning hours. • Able to communicate with patience, a positive attitude and willingness to stay calm. • At least 1yr experience • Treat those around you and the machines we use with respect. • No politics at work, just hard work with those around us in mind.
