Seeking Handyman: Must have Mobile Home Experience

Looking for handyman or handywoman very experienced with mobile homes. We currently have two mobile homes in need of moderate repairs (see pictures) and we are looking to expand our list of mobile home experienced handymen and handywoman. We are not looking for one-time-help. We are looking to develop a win-win relationship for many other mobile home rehabs moving forward. Requirements: Must have own tools. Must have transportation. Must have extensive mobile home experience and must know your way around mobile home rehabs. Must have a proactive attitude. Repairs needing fixed: You should be familiar with most of the items below. - Repair holes and soft spots in subfloor - Moderate plumbing repairs - Under the mobile home and under sinks in bathrooms and kitchen. - Fix leaks in ceiling and skylight - Minor Electrical - Install carpet, linoleum, and laminate flooring - Remove junk - Paint - Repair broken windows - Repair drywall, frame a wall and hang an interior door - Remove mold where needed - Building steps and/or decks Next steps: Please send resume or email with your name and a description of your mobile home experience to the email above.
