We are hiring for a Project Manager, but this is for a Trainee Position! *Note: #1 - If you have years of experience and a bag full of skillsets, you know how to manage people and customers, and you are smarter than everyone else and you do not want to be a Trainee, our advise is stop looking in the want ads, get off your butt; and start your own company! And, please know upfront that we do not need you, so you do not waste both of our time! #2- Candidates will need to have skill set for all or some remodeling specialties (carpentry, masonry, drywall, painting, roofing, hardscape, landscapes, etc). We will trainee the right candidate who is missing all/some skill sets, and the better your experience and abilities, a higher starting hourly rate. The right candidate trainee will also be trainee on property-company management and property development! We do full property development, and we need one person who is motivated, a self-starters, and who will take and can work with basic direction. This is a solid position, and you will learn to be be a Remodeling Mechanic, which is defined as you having the skills to provide any service well for remodeling a property... Candidates are defined as a Trainee... Skillset: Demo / Clean-up / Carpentry / Drywall / Paint / Masonry / Basic Knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing, since we have licensed contractor for these two specialties! No Experienced without Tools: $14 per hour to 16 per hour Experienced without Tools: $18 to $20 per hour Experienced with Tools: $22 to $25 per hour * Text or email preferred, so no calls...!
