Grocery Shopper for Someone with Medical Condition

Hello. I am helping someone (a person I am essentially case managing) find someone to do weekly grocery shopping for them (they use "they, them, theirs" pronouns). They are in need of a grocery shopper because they are experiencing a medical condition similar to claustrophobia where they essentially cannot enter any buildings at all. As far as compensation they are able to compensate fifteen dollars per trip. They would prefer to offer more however they are living quite below the poverty line and fifteen dollars is already a large amount for them to spend for this.
