Ages 13 and older are encouraged to attend (adult must accompany children). No skill or experience required. Please bring a comfortable mat, small pillow, optional bolster, blanket and refillable water bottle. We have seating available to accommodate most preferences. The session will last approximately one hour. Parking is free and abundant. Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start time to check-in and get comfortable. Registration: $11.11
