Prepare for a frighteningly good time on Saturday, October 15th as we explore the haunting mysteries and tragic tales of the Lake City's oldest neighborhood! Home to macabre mansions, a forgotten graveyard, and bloody battlefields overlooking the shores of Lake Champlain! Our route will follow the picturesque Saranac River, whose beauty hides ghostly legends of the City's early settlers, some of whom still make their presence known here, centuries after their own passing... *In celebration of October and the arrival of the Halloween season, the great folks over at Dannemora Federal Credit Union have sponsored a series of free public tours! Space is limited and reservations are required. Please present your ticket at the event (hard copy or digital). *Each tour lasts roughly an hour and fifteen minutes. It is a WALKING tour so good footwear is recommended. Guests are also encouraged to bring lanterns, flashlights, and digital cameras, you never know what you're going to capture!!! **LIMIT - 4 tickets per person *This tour DOES include climbing stairs.
