Vineyard Park at Lynden Manor is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor! The qualified candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance, painting and repairs inside and outside the community to provide a safe, attractive and orderly environment for the benefit, use, enjoyment and protection of residents, staff and visitors. Apartment turnovers: Ensure newly vacated apartments are rent ready. Conducts routine tests and inspections of various community systems such as the emergency generator, sprinkler system, door alarms, hood and duct system, hot water system, etc. Initiates and updates the fire and disaster preparedness program. Conducts fire drills monthly. Complies with federal and state regulations and community policies and procedures. Previous experience in Assisted Living is a plus! Qualifications: Required: *Prior knowledge and ability in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, carpentry, plastering, painting and heating. * Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, members of the community and other community personnel. *Ability to plan, organize, prioritize work and complete work with a minimum of supervision. * Ability to work within federal and state regulations and community policies and procedures. *CPR & First Aid (within 30 days of hire) *Pass a Criminal Background Check as required by Washington State.
