Installation of trees, shrubs, mulch. Clean and fill trenches. Fine grade with rake. Pick up debris. Year round work. Paid holidays, after 30 days. Paid vacation. Mon.-Fri. NO ROCK, WALLS, PAVERS. 45+ years in Lake Co. Working for 30+ years for the same developer/builder. No F****** day labors, if you are to stupid/lazy to operate a shovel/rake and follow simple directions, do not bother. If all you know is mow, whip, blow, do not bother. No drama, I do not care about your girlfriend/wife, drug/alcohol problems. Incentive based pay, prove your ability, increase your pay. Small crew, no herd, stand on your own work. $15 hourly, after 5 days $17, after, 30 days $20. Anything over 40 hrs, time and half. Taxes,W4. Must have your own transportation to the site.
