Description

Responsibilities: *Be punctual, trainable and have a good work ethic! *Removing hardware from the interior and/or exterior of houses and reinstalling them. (Interior examples: switch plates, electrical outlets, door handles, hinges, etc. Exterior examples: Gutters, downspouts, mailboxes, flag holders, etc) *Scraping chipped and peeling paint (not lead paint) from the exterior and interior of houses. *Caulking gaps and cracks in wood and PVC trim (window casings, door casings, fascia, soffit). *Taping off surfaces to prevent paint from getting on it. *Sanding surfaces with sandpaper and/or low powered palm sanders. *Priming surfaces as necessary. *Cleaning up the job site throughout the day and at the end of the day and putting the trash away or disposing of it. *Putting away tools and equipment in an organized manner. *Carrying ladders, equipment, buckets of paint and other materials. *Other general duties as instructed.
