Little Sky Bakery is looking for baked goods enthusiasts with weekday availability to help us sell at farmers' market locations on the SF Peninsula, at our storefront in Menlo Park, and at future retail locations. Weekend availability is helpful too, but at least some weekday availability will be needed. We sell handcrafted, naturally leavened breads, scones, cookies, sandwiches, rolls, etc., that are freshly baked daily in Downtown Menlo Park. Many perks — free food; a delightful, highly collegial work environment; generous tips! Availability on all days of the week is not required; our schedule is flexible. Responsibilities include: -Setup of booth and products before the market — some bending and lifting required -Serving as a "tour guide/travel agent": informing and exciting customers about our products, and pairing them with the baked goods best suited to them -Restocking products throughout the market, and ensuring that products are displayed in a clean, clear, attractive fashion -Taking inventory at the beginning of the market, recording sellout times, and reporting personal observations -Breakdown and cleanup after the market This is a wonderful opportunity to sell products you can be proud of, and to grow with a local business.
