Furr Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and Electrical Inc. - "Absolutely the Best" -41-year old business with over 500 employees -Servicing Fredericksburg and surrounding areas What Do We Have? -Top-notch facilities/office environment -Fully-equipped, well-maintained fleet of vehicles -Excellent support staff -Job stability -Great compensation -Industry-leading benefits package -Room for growth and improvement Who/What Are We Looking For? -Professional, residential plumbing service technicians -Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs -Promote products and services effectively and comfortably Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience -High school diploma (or GED) -Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers -Strong decision-making abilities -Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings -Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction -Meet all attendance and dependability requirements -Team player Core Competencies: -Servicing, Diagnosing, Repairing, and Installing products such as: water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, and sump pumps -Ability to perform work in accordance with best practices according to manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards -Relating value of service and products as solutions to customers’ needs and wants -Strong communication skills -Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes Training:  F.H.
