Description

Injury Resilience is how well your body adapts to and absorbs stress. It's also how well your body recovers after an injury occurs. This resiliency happens through strength training. During this free workshop, the Keene Family YMCA's Human Movement Specialist, David Olson will show you how to move efficiently and build a body that's resistant to injury, so you can enjoy running for the long-term. Pre-registration is required. Attendance is limited to 20 people.
