Mark Novotny is a founding partner of Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP law firm and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. For almost 35 years, Mr. Novotny’s practice has included handling all areas of civil litigation representing clients in all courts, tribunals, alternative dispute resolution forums, arbitrations and with governmental regulatory bodies and agencies. Mr. Novotny regularly defends dental providers in both professional claims and civil lawsuits alleging malpractice by the provider, and dental professionals in licensure investigations by the applicable dental board and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Mr. Novotny has taken approximately 76 civil cases to jury verdict in the areas of professional negligence, complex commercial litigation, personal injury, RICO, environmental, product liability, real property, will contests, breach of contract, construction law, insurance coverage, agricultural law, employment law, FELA, crossing accidents and intellectual property. Mr. Novotny has been invited to become a member in the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates and Nebraska State Bar Foundation.
