RMG Staffing is looking for a Janitorial Supervisor that is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of an office building and oversee a team of up to five people. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and oversee a team of up to five people. Evaluate, coordinate cleaning task to team members. Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and expectations. Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment. Clears debris and maintains drive and walkways in safe condition. May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise. Maintains, services, cleans, and properly stores equipment. Pick up trash from the entire building and throw it in the dumpster. Keeping up and maintain the area clean and upkept. Lobby maintenance. Cleaning common areas. OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Supervisor experience (at least 2 years) Janitorial experience (at least 2 years) Ability to lift 70 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures. Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time. Walk and climb stairs. Ability to navigate the property quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions.
