You will be responsible for assisting technicians with day-to-day service workflow + product orders at our service center. RVTECH LLC is a high-performance + cutting edge RV Marine Service Center located in Ft. Myers, FL seeking an RV Technician Assistant. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Responsibilities: *Packing and process product orders that customers purchased online. *Calling manufacturers to order parts required for customer repairs. *Helping service technicians with tools, service and repair. Requirements: *Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. *Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills. *The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
