Have you ever had a friend or family share something difficult in their life and don’t know how to respond? Join us on October 19th at 6:00 pm for VAR (validate, appreciate, refer) training, designed to teach people how to respond to and support their friends while also connecting them with resources that can help them. The workshop will be a relaxed no pressure environment to discuss the VAR approach and work through example scenarios. Dinner will be served, so join us for free food and to learn how to respond to a friend who shares an issue or struggle. Please RSVP below so we can prepare to cater for right amount of food.
