*+Our Real Estate company is looking for someone to take pictures of our properties, fill out details, and add a lockbox+* MUST: *able to use a smartphone & computer to send & receive documents *be highly responsive to email/phone calls *be able to get & send pictures w/ in 24-hr period *have a camera or at least a quality camera phone *have reliable transportation The job will consist of taking at least 40 interior and exterior picture. We want to see the 'bad' stuff -- any holes in the wall, any wires hanging, etc. Show us what work is needed in the house through your pictures. NO NO NO to dark and blurry pictures. These will mostly be houses in distress and may not have utilities on so kindly exercise caution and ensure that photos aren't too dark if electricity is off (go during the day or use any alternative lighting). This job typically pays $30 per house. ---Looking for a long term working relationship---
