We are a collective of women artists on Pearl Street. We're looking for an artist or creative to rent a space within our brick and mortar on West Pearl. We’re looking for 2D, 3D, and various medium artists. Massage therapists, hair stylists, etc. are welcome! Your personal unit varies from 40 sq ft.-100 sq ft. However, as a studio member, you will have plenty of shared space/access. This includes: -Utility sink -Private bathroom -Kitchenette (microwave, fridge, etc.) -Visibility within our creative non-profit community. -Access to all community events and going-ons. Rent is $650+/month. Basic utilities average about $10 per month (individually). If you are interested, we'd love to hear from you!
