We are SO excited to collaborate with To & Fro Active Wear to bring to you our 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Event: Squat, Pulse and Dance for a Cure Pink Party! This time we are bringing you a fun fitness class with a twist: Glute Camp meets High Fitness hosted by Valarie James and Marcie DeVoogd! October is breast cancer awareness month, and we want to continue support to organizations who are providing care, research and treatment to help combat this disease in our community. What is this event? Join us for a dynamic fitness event for breast cancer awareness! This is a collaborative class where you will get experience Glute Camp and High Fitness! What is Glute Camp? Is a bootylicious class that incorporates dance fitness, bodyweight moves, high reps and cardio blasts with the use of booty resistance bands! So, get ready to grow that booty for a cause! Led by Valarie James of VSJ Fitness! What is High Fitness? Old school aerobics is BACK! High Fitness is a high intensity interval training, high caloric burn, full of heart pumping, body toning moves carefully choreographed to an amazing playlist! Led by Marcie DeVoogd! Equipment needed: Yoga mats, booty bands, and water! We encourage everyone to come out in your favorite pink fitness fit! Best dressed will win $50 shop card to To & Fro Activewear!
