Albertsons at Sahara and Ft. Apache a homeless man in the parking lot has a Chihuahua on a leash. Dog was wandering around while the man stood near him. Dogtag on collar but I did not approach to read it. Sorry.
If you are looking for your lost chihuahua this may be worth investigating.
