Plumber needed for periodic work on multiple rental properties. Must be licensed etc. We are not looking for a large plumbing company that charges by the job but their hourly rates tend to reach $200/hr or more. We're looking for a smaller company or single person operator that charges a reasonable hourly rate. The work isn't every day or week but is consistent month to month. We probably average 2-3 jobs needing a plumber each quarter. Our houses are in Athens and some in Jackson County on the Bear Creek Reservoir. We have a job currently to unclog a washing machine drain line, and repair a tub/shower combo that constantly leaks in the tub and also leaks under the house in the drain pipe.
