Designers and holiday decorators for large Christmas company

We are Hiring seasonal crew for install and takedown of holiday decorations. (San Diego and Orange County). This is not a general labor job or just hanging lights. Christmas decorating company hiring upbeat and HARD working individuals for this season. This is a seasonal position to install and take down holiday decorations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with your hands designing and takes pride in their work. Candidates must be self-motivated, flexible with job needs as they arise. If you have a floral design background or nursery experience that would help a lot as you do need an eye for visual design, colors, spacing, and attention to detail. You will be building, lighting, and decorating trees, hanging garlands, wreaths, lifting boxes, loading trucks, sweeping, setting up ladders, fluffing branches, wiring balls, placing ornaments… etc. Work locations vary on a daily basis. Must be willing to drive to the job site each day. Need reliable transportation as this job travels to businesses within a 50-mile radius. Applicants must possess the following. • Familiar with basic hand tools • Floral designer or nursery experience would be great • Reliable transportation • Professional, you will be working in front of clients • Energetic and work quickly • Must be comfortable and willing to climb ladders • Lift operating experience a plus but not necessary • Shifts start at 6 am. Overtime available. REQUIRES- Lifting, bending, climbing. Email your availability from Nov 1-Jan 2. (Priority will be given to those with open availability, especially Thanksgiving week and weekend.
