PAINT THE PONIES EVENT TO BENEFIT THOROUGHBRED AFTERCARE AT SANTA ANITA PARK // NOVEMBER 5 Come dressed in your Breeders’ Cup best for a fun time filled with creativity and spirits at ‘The Great Race Place!’ Included with your ticket is everything needed to paint a masterpiece! The event features a pre-printed canvas, easel, brushes, paints, finger foods, cocktails, mocktails and more! Experience world-class racing on Breeders’ Cup Classic Day at Santa Anita while you paint and sip. A cash bar with other food options will be available for individuals who wish to enjoy a day at the races before the event begins. All proceeds from the event will benefit California Retirement Management Account (CARMA), a 501C3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and retraining of Thoroughbred horses transitioning to second careers. The Breeders’ Cup World Championships is a two-day event culminating in top horses from all over the world coming together to compete in the $6,000,000 Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Classic hosted this year at the historic Keeneland Racecourse in Lexington, Kentucky. A simulcast feed will showcase all Breeders’ Cup races. What’s Included: Admission, program, painting kit with a predesigned image, two drink tickets, and charcuterie pairing. Hours: 12 PM – 5 PM. Please note that the paint event takes an average of three hours to complete. Unfinished canvases and materials can be taken home to finish at a later time.
