Sign Manufacturing Paint Prepper Signtech is now accepting application for a Paint Prepper. 2 plus years’ experience desired. We are a dynamic company with a proven track record for high quality and quick turnaround. Candidate must be flexible and a team player willing to put customer service first! Requirements: • Prep various substrates to established standards using proper sandpaper to promote adhesion • Effectively manage time and priorities to meet deadlines • Ability to read paint call outs on P-Prints and determine appropriate process to be used • Accurately mix and apply bond, putty • Properly mix and spray primes and under coats • Consistently review jobs to detect and resolve errors in prep. (dents, dings, deep scrapes, unfilled seams) • Document paint and primer usage and maintain V.O.C Logs • Reference MDSD sheets as necessary to fully understand product interactions • Complete familiarity and consistent use of proper safety equipment. • Must be able to perform basic math and understand weights and measures • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. • Customer and Team orientated • Effective listening, ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication Post offer drug screen and physical.
